Most importantly - NOT a scam or hustle!!

Wanted to make 110% sure wasn't gonna contact a scam or trick company so got dozens of prices quoted but these offered best services for price, timescale, logistics of getting shoes to them.

Good communication & responds in timely manner. Professional helpful friendly. They got Royal Mail to collect from me at home, deliver them back to me once done & provided me both tracking numbers. Said would take few weeks but only took a couple.

Excellent service from Sneaker Prep.
Was looking to buy new trainer and now don’t need to.
Worked their magic on 4 pairs for me (took advantage of their 4 pair clean deal).
All returned within a week and all ready for me to wear this summer.

They’ve given my husband's trainers a new lease of life, considering they were in an awful state when I dropped them off I picked them up looking brand new. Recently used the service for a pair of Cleens Aero runners which were proper muddy and beat. Sneakers prep completely repaired and made them look brand new with a fast service and updates for collection.

My favourite gold boots were scuffed so much I wasn't sure they could be saved but Sarah did an amazing job and they looked brand new! Will use again and highly recommend

Just wow! Two pairs of LV trainers restored to new like condition! The collection and delivery service is ideal too. So impressed - would definitely use again. Fast efficient and great value.

Cannot speak highly enough of Sneakers Prep, they recently managed to repair one of my Favourite Michael Kors handbags, both of the handles had seen better days & I was over the moon when I found out they could repair them. From the first contact made they are so polite and friendly & kept me updated until they were ready to be collected.

I had a pair of Kickers about 15 years old in such an awful state but so comfortable. I asked Sneakers Prep if they could do anything with them ….the results were just WOW! Amazing like new. Use them you will not be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very happy with the Tns I had repainted, they were looking a little beaten and scuffed but when they came back they were box fresh. Also gave them a pair of Vans for a small hole repair by the toe and you wouldn't even know there was a hole before. Outstanding service and very well priced. Well done team

I have been using Sneakers Prep for the last couple of years now and can honestly find no faults. The turn around is really quick and they keep you updated throughout, whenever you message the replies are always prompt and I can happily say I will continue to use them for my trainer needs.
