We have already responded to your previous email with an explanation. Your order included two items, and for customs clearance safety, we shipped them in two separate packages. The first package has already been delivered successfully.

The second package experienced a delay due to recent fuel price increases, which have caused flight disruptions and delays in some shipments. We have checked the latest tracking status, and the second package has now arrived in the United States. FedEx is currently in the process of delivery, and it is excepted to arrive today or tomorrow. Please kindly keep an eye on your delivery updates.

Great website

I have ordered 2 times and both experiences were great. They have good prices, good looking and good quality shoes. Delivery was fast even though I live in another country. I would definitely recommend!
