Great service. ordered x3 trainers (grey dunks, beetroot 95's & AF1's) and they arrived when stated. Kept me up to date and was easy to contact via watsapp. All in all a great service from a genuine buyer. I wont go anywhere else to buy in the future.

Been searching for a while and found my trainers on sneakersafe at a great price compared to other sites. Arrived after 5 days. 100% authentic and no complaints at all. Would use again.

I asked if they could get me the New Balance x Salehe Bembury ‘Sand Be The Time’ in a UK 8 and they had them ready for me in a couple of days. Was returning a pair so just exchanged them and paid the difference, they were delivered in a couple of days. Excellent and efficient communication. Plenty of payment methods to suit everyone. Highly recommend and will be buying more trainers from these guys.

SneakerSafe has a great variety of shoes, models I couldn't find anywhere else, but sadly their practises aren't ethical.

The first thing I've noticed is they deliberately misleading clients by putting cheaper prices in the search engine of their website. Once you go to the actual page of a product the prices are much higher. In my case they went from £280.00 to £350.00 for Yeezy 500 'Blush'. I was ready to ignore it BUT…

When the shoes arrived, I've tried them on once at home - they were too small, so I packed them back in triple protective packaging (as recommended) and send them back (paid by myself). When it came to the refund they unjustifiable taken off 10% (£35.00) saying "there are signs of wear to the shoe, I presume from being tried on". How am I supposed to know if the shoes fit me without trying them on?

They don't replay to emails or calls. The only way to contact them is through text. However, don't expect quick answer as they're not very responsive.

I've told them I expect the rest of my money back but never received a penny. Imagine how much money they can get by ripping people off like that! Such a shame because the products they have are great.

I ordered within 3 days and the Delivery came. Very fast and effective at good resell prices! Highly recommend!

I just received my order from Sneakersafe and am delighted. After ordering I read some reviews. One or two had me worried to be honest but having constant communication with the retailer my concerns where put to bed. Great customer service there was a slight delay, this was communicated to me instantly. Don’t take much notice of the negative reviews.
