Avoid this seller. They refuse to provide a real return address, offer only partial refunds, and ignore consumer rights. I have reported them to Action Fraud, Trading Standards, and contacted my bank for a chargeback. Very likely a scam — do not buy from them.

Since I brought trainers from this site, my account has been having scam transactions 47 and counting in 24 hours.

If I get the trainers is still to been seen, after I brought them I had a suspicious transaction and so I froze my account. And it’s gotten worse from 72p to to £199 transactions. Avoid!!!

Ordered a football jersey size XS and received a pair of Nike Jordans size 10 basketball shoes. Have emailed them and WhatsApp's them and am getting no answer at all. They don't care. Someone else must have got my jersey and is missing his Nike Jordans. The value difference is at least €120.00.

Awful customer service. I’ve been waiting for a reply to numerous emails and a refund for 2 months, neither has happened. I am going to now report to the police for theft of my money and no items they have had returned to them due to no delivery.
Was a company I liked to use NOT anymore.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wish I'd seen these reviews before being completely scammed by these crooks.

I have ordered 2 pairs of trainers. They have been processing for a week now. No reply back too any of my emails customer service has ignored all requests.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers and the right shoes turned up in the wrong sizes. Customer service took ages to respond and said to sell them to friends or family. No respect to the amount of money we spent and really poor customer service.

Scam. I ordered trainers off here and requested size 4.5 uk size. They fit my nephew who is a size 3. I have asked for a refund or exchange. They instead asked me to try selling them to my family or friends. So don't buy off here please.

I order a pair of Hoka Goats in August 2024 and still haven’t received them, can’t track the parcel as it just says error on package, customer service contact don’t reply I think I’ve been ripped off for £85 shocking.

Bought a pair of trainers from there and they were too small. Asked to return/exchange them and they didn’t respond for a whole month and when they did they told me to sell them to family or friends. I’m not 100% sure the trainers are legit either. I’d avoid

Good service. I bought two pairs of jordans for my kids and the first pair came in a week but the second one was delayed because they didn’t have the size anymore. They reacted very quickly when I mailed them and they worked on a solucion.
Thanks to Milan my kids are very happy with their shoes

Legit website with limited sneakers. Shipping was faster than expected date to arrive. The box is safe with the bubble plastic what came with.
