Absolute scammers I am so disappointed I placed an order for something on December 15th it is now February 22nd and I still don't have the order they have somebody that handles their what's app number connected to the store state troopers were traveling her name is Nataly at first I felt good about it because she was very responsive and willing to answer me anytime I had a question but now I've been trying to message her for over a week and no dice she does not answer me anymore it was only $159 but it was my $159 what a disappointment they tied up my money for over 3 months and I still am without my order at this point I give up do yourself a favor if you're looking for an item and the sneaker store company pops up with what you're looking for you run don't walk run what I am highway disappointed what a scam

These are scammers I’m £80 x 2 no trainers and still they tried to take more out my account

The sandals I received were disgusting. A very poor copy of those that they advertised. Cheap plastic, as thin as paper, and the stitching was so poor. I am in dispute with the company who offered me 30% off stating that the cost to return them would be very expensive. They are so bad I would be too embarassed to donate them to a charity shop.

So disappointed with the sandals! Arrived 18 days after I ordered them and realise now why they were cheap! The quality is very poor and not something I would ever buy. Supposedly orthopaedic shoes but no way are they - anyone needing extra support won’t get them from these sandals. Think it is appalling that companies like this are able to advertise on Instagram giving false information. DO NOT BUY FROM this company!

Sent me wrong trainers. Now they will not respond to emails or calls. £150 wasted.

Do not use this so called company. Official Sneaker store is a scam. After doing some basic research I decided to look at the official address for the company that is given in their contact details,using Google maps the address given is an intersection of a freeway. So please don't use this fake company.

Order a pair of sneakers and received exactly what I ordered, delivery was in 5 days, I was surprised how fast it was

Ordered some trainers but decided to try and get a refund as read all the bad reviews no phone number at all. Emailed them and they said they would refund me, but I contacted PayPal and they now have got me a refund please stay away very dodgy company.

This website had been resale to another person. Now the website name is Izicop same style, same scam! the owner's name is Martin Frérot from France.

Very poor, no contact or updates to advise when despatched or arriving. They then turn up scratched, marked and dirty.

They'll email with fake tracking number that doesn't work. Will reply to one email saying it's on its way with another fake tracking number.
Goods will never be received.

I ordered special Jordan sneakers for my grandson in mid-March. I haven't heard a word. I tried to email the seller and it was an invalid email. I am a senior citizen and can not afford to be scammed, which it seems like I was. I am going to contact whatever agencies and elected officials that I can to stop this fraud. Do NOT buy from this company. You will be making a donation only.

Whats worse, is suddenly my card was hacked and a load of payment over £1k taken out.
May be a coincidence but that hasnt happened for years and suddenly 2 days after getting scammed by these guys, the same card I used is compromised . hmmmmmm
