Paid for Nothing (literally)

I completed the sneak peak test at the beginning of April 2024. I returned the sample via my local post office, as instructed. I am based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom (so it isn't as if I live in a rural area).

To date, I have received nothing from Sneak Peak by way of a return. I haven't received: an email with tracking details, confirmation of receipt or any test results. I emailed their customer service team last week with details of my order number, barcode on the sample and proof of postage and I haven't even received an email of acknowledgement. So far, I've spent just shy of £70 and received nothing in return.

Given the above, I'd struggle to recommend this company or their services to anyone and I am very disappointed, to say the least and I would appreciate an answer or a refund.

Too hit and miss, not worth the time, effort or pain!

Waste of time and not worth putting any one through the pain of taking a sample or the disappointed when the test samples are deemed unsuitable. My wife is a doctor and the samples taken could not have been collected any better, but were deemed not suitable. Too hit and miss, especially when you are based in the UK and the sample has to get to the US. Better off waiting for the 16week scan!
