I ordered and received a "Looser D-Handle" for €36.38 with an invoice dated December 3, 2025, delivered free of charge. Unfortunately, it turned out that the handle was simply too thin and didn't fit my spade. In the subsequent correspondence in Dutch, we agreed that I would return the "D-Handle" for a refund.
Contrary to the agreement, I was not refunded the full purchase price, but only €26.36. A difference of €10.02. Approximately one-third of the purchase price was withheld. Adding the return postage, the realization that Sneeboer Trading B.V. cannot supply a suitable handle cost me €21.22. An interesting experience.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
I believe there has been a communication error. The ordered handle did not fit your tool as it was not a Sneeboer tool. Our handles are made to fit our tools and sockets, not the sockets of other brands of garden tools. After sending me a photo of your tool and concluded it was from another brand, I offered you to return the handle if you could not use it. That does however mean that we do not refund the shipping costs, as we have shipped what has been ordered.
You paid €26,36 for the handle, which is what we refunded. The other €10,02 included shipping and PayPal costs, which is something we cannot refund if we have shipped what was ordered. My apologies if that was not clear beforehand.

This dandelion trowel makes you long for weed
The dandelion trowel is a beauty! The smaller version lies perfect in smaller hands. This makes it a pleasure to weed. All the roots come out but the lawn still looks good.

Excellent gardening tools
Excellent gardening tools - in my view the best available anywhere. I have been buying them for my partner (for personal and professional use) for several years and have always been impressed with the quality. My order this time was incorrect (the first time this has happened) - the wrong spade and a mistake in the engraving. But Laura provided excellent customer service and provided two options to resolve it. Then resolved it very quickly.
