I was intrigued by the concept, so placed an order. It’s been 3 weeks, soon to be a month and I have not received my order. I have no tracking information to find out where it is. I tried contacting sniph via email and Instagram but have yet to receive a response. It is not worth the hassle. Avoid or use a subscription service with better customer service.
I will absolutely cancel my subscription as soon I receive a refund or my order.
I have ordered 3 samples in November as a one off purchase, when they had a sale. There was sufficient notice that delivery will take time as they ship from Sweden. It was true as it took around 3 weeks. No wonder, as on the package it showed that it went to Switzerland first then to the UK. (Lucky parcel, I might add). It was a bit worrying as there was no tracking, but all was well in the end. The samples are lovely.
The concept is great, however the shipping and delivery of the products is terrible. Ordered a few times from here and each time it gets worse. This last time it’s taken 2 weeks just to process the order, only to be told it’ll take up to an additional 30 days to be delivered to London, so item bought as a Christmas gift won’t even arrive on time.
Used for a one-off purchase rather than a subscription. It was one of the few places where I could buy a 100ml-sized bottle. Very fast communication and, given the prevailing circumstances, happy with the delivery time. As a bonus it came with a free small bottle & case. I'd definitely buy from them again.
