I was 50/50 on if to buy a rug as some reviews were poor and some were excellent. However I decided to buy one as it was only £18. With Shipping costing £3. 2 days later it arrives. Packaged well, inside came the rug, a 20% discount card, a free lanyard and free crease savers. Overall the rug is super soft and clean. Would 100% buy again worth every penny.

I was given the wrong tracking number. After asking for the right tracking number i kept tracking the package and the website said no updates were available. I ordered the rug 6 days ago. This morning I checked the website again on October 15 and it said “in transit to United States”. I then checked the website again at 11:59pm and it said that the rug was delivered on the 13th of October which is a lie. Terrible website. Terrible customer service. Do not order from these people.

Excellent service ordered Tuesday and there came Friday. I ordered the skateboard decks and a 23 rug just as pictured. Defo order again thanks again. Stacey

Ordered a bottle. Received a tracking number for 48 delivery on 22/9. The link still says that Royal Mail is awaiting the shipment -after 7 days. I have emailed the company several times who have promised to chase this up with their warehouse....and now are not responding to email. Paid by PayPal so will be opening a dispute to get my money back

Have only received 2!
I've contacted them 1 million times and they keep saying 'sorry for the inconvenience but it's on the way now'. I should have 10 mats already if that was true..
Never ordering there again!!

Ordered large Matt. Arrived couple days later covered in brown stains. Reported it to company customer service and advised that they do not offer refund and I would have to front the bill to return it. Accepted a replacement however this Matt has been in the post for 5 weeks. Due to amount of messing around requested a full refund and informed that they can not process it as mat had been dispatched. LIES LIES LIES! No phone number to ring! Numerous emails exchanged (takes a few days to receive a response) and company ignore request and give same nonsense that a mat has been sent. Nearly 5 weeks and no replacement received, still got damaged mat at home in original packaging and they are refusing to give me a refund! Please do not buy off this company. I am sending daily updates regarding non delivery of replacement mat and am now being ignored!

I ordered the “welcome to the gulag” floor mat on the 12th got it the 26th, i even emailed and got a response quick I have zero complaints and this is the sickest mat to have at the entrance of my game room it’s huge and soft

I Ordered a floor mat on 24th July 2020 & still havent received it, made contact by email & DM and just like the parcel and waiting for a response....nothing received!!!

paid for my order. had a dpd delivery notification. having tried to track it days later and dpd never received the item to be delivered.

I have emailed snkr supplies on their numerous email accounts many times. I have tried to get in touch via Facebook. all to no avail!!! they have no phone number listed which screams scam. unfortunately i didn't do my homework... I hope you do yours if considering ordering from these people.

avoid this company at all costs. as a director of an ecommerce business I can not begin to imagine treating my customers this way. they do not deserve to be in business.

Really bad costumer service !!! Im asking them for one month to respond for my emails ... nothing ... they sending me emails for giveaway staff but for my emails they dont , if they do than they message me about that i message them too much and nothing else about Tracking number .

I ordered for my partner birthday, wanted to make him happy... and they literaly takeing a p***s and they took from me 32£ whats cheep 9 £ of carpet they literally sending it .... but if its more money! Takeing a really not a good service !!! I want to make sure they see this and i get my order or refund!

I was very hesitant about ordering off this site but the whole process I was given updates on my order. The mats a very great quality and overall a 10/10. Will for sure be buying from them in the future!

Great quality mats I would buy from them again for sure. Make your floors go from a 0 to 100 real quick, awesome quality no doubt many friends and family been started to buy them also. I highly recommend to cop a dope mat now. 10/10 high quality business.

I bought 2 mats they were very affordable and the quality was great. They were a great addition to my sneaker room. I ordered both mats on the same day but receieved them about 12 days apart which wasnt their fault, when I contacted them about the issue they communicated back quickly.

Great product. Even better than expected. Only thing is that it had a small stain or mark in the bottom corner. Other than that 👌 perfect.

Ordered 31st March and still no sign of my mat, have emailed 2/3 times and they apologised for the delay, was then told on 2nd June it had 100% been dispatched, now June 18th and still no mat...

Awesome quality! I LOVE my mat and they threw in 2 free gifts! Also if you need customer service they answer pretty quick! Highly recommended!

Suprised on the quality of the mats. Very comfortable and soft and perfect for any sneaker head. They look great and are reasonable priced.

My parcel hadn't been delivered so I emailed them and received an email back the same day. They were very understanding and happy to help. It took a little longer than expected to arrive, however the good customer service over rules that.

If you are happy to wait and be patient then 100% recommend.
