The glasvezel box (and subsequently the router) is placed in the cabinet outside of my apartment, so instead of having the speed that I pay for (1000mbps), I usually have around 600mbps on the ground floor. I would be okay with that speed, if it was similar on the 1st floor as well, but the speed on the 1st floor is ranging from 1-10mbps. I requested for a longer cable, so I would be able to have the router in the apartment, but they declined with the excuse that they do not ship cables. Instead, they proposed to send a mechanic over that I will need to pay (!!!) to do this and they also argued that they can't bear the costs since they are not guaranteeing the wifi speed. Not guaranteeing the wifi speed is one thing, but having a speed of 10mbps, while paying for 1000mbps is totally unacceptable.

A door-to-door sales representative for SNLR showed up at my doorstep and presented a very interesting offer. He wanted my details so that he would be sending me the "offer" by email and I could confirm by email. With that understanding I let him fill in my details on his tab. Only at the end he mentioned that he also needs my IBAN. I refused to give this. Then he insisted that he needs my IBAN and would not be able to send the offer without IBAN. At this point I wanted him to leave, so I told him that I don't want to continue with it. Then, he asked me "why?" multiple times (more than three times), regardless of that I gave him the same answer. Only a gesture of preparing to close the door made him leave. I'm leaving this review with a neither positive nor negative rating because this way of marketing is irritating, and leaves a bad first impression of the brand.

They visit our house and offer us rates with free Router, so we ask them for quote their executive fills forms and takes account number saying they cannot send quote without account details.
Next day we get an email stating that they have confirmed our order along with router charges of €47.
