I am the owner of Just IT Training and we provided an Digital Marketing apprentice to Snob Monkey. I have tried to work with Umran, who is the owner of Snob Monkey to resolve a relatively small debt associated with the service we provided. He has agreed that he owes the money. To resolve the payment over the last 6-9 months I have met with him, called him more than 5 times and sent 10 or so emails. I have threatened a court process, offered a payment over a monthly direct debit and been very supportive. Although Umran comes across as a nice chap he simply will not settle the debt. Very frustrating! So I have told him that I will post a series of negative reviews on social media until the payment is made. So here is my review! I have no comment about the services he provides, which may be great. But he needs to pay his suppliers. Once he has I will try to take this post down.
Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone. They assist us with our enquiries from anywhere in the world and at a moment's notice.
