I made the mistake of believing from their ads that Snoopza was completely remote and the target wouldn’t be able to have any sort of control or make any commands on the app. However, that wasn’t the case with the product, the other device still have so much control over your viewing. The features shown are totally useless and effective. Wish I got my money back. This wasn’t effective. I thankfully got my moneys worth when I went to instagram, I was able to speak to handsfreetrak! Their performance was outstanding. I got so much help from them viewing into all I needed.

They made the whole process looks easy and made the app sounded like it would show pretty much everything from the other phone, but this wasn’t the case when i subscribed. All the tangible features weren’t showing and even after writing several mails to them I was yet to get response or refund from them. Don’t waste time here. Shanesdisplay pretty much turned out to be great at showing more features and getting in undetected. A comment from quora had led me to them. It was a smooth experience with them on instagram. I loved how they showed even deleted texts.

It's been 10 days since I purchased Snoopza... and I still can't activate the license so it only partially uploads data. Then it quit working completely yesterday evening. I've emailed repeatedly to ask how to activate the license that I paid for. And the only response I've gotten is an automatic one know they received my email. Completely ridiculous & apparently their customer service is nonexistent. Definitely would NOT recommend

The features are great but if the individual keeps up with their phone at all they will disable snoopza even if they don't realize what they are disabling. At least for Android. If you use Google play store, it constantly notifies the individual there's a harmful app on their phone and guides them to disable it. The majority of the two out of the three months I paid for have been useless. I normally let stuff go but idk how this hadn't been noticed and there should be a notice of the issue before purchase. I would have known it was a waist of money.

I've been using this app for about a year customer service is spotty now they haven't contacted me back in over a month. They can't even figure out how to use the pin code on an Amazon tablet said they would get back to me after about six emails still nothing over a month later. Don't waste your money

I like this app, I used it since almost 2 years but last time, I payed for something which doesn't work properly!!! Is about Screenshots.... still there is no update for Android 14!!! I paid for standard subscription about 20£ and I don't get that which I would want!!

No records . just that paid for something which doesn't work properly ... tried with a new free account and with the demo it is working very well. but don't pay anything and don't fall in the working demo it il will not last a lot.

First off, Snoopza IS NOT FREE. Secondly, it takes a computer geek to successfully install the program onto the tracked phone (believe me, it can't be done in "seconds," as it claims. Third, even after paying for Snoopza, you are limited to access only the categories of info to be provided by the carrier. In other words, forget accessing media on the target phone...you will only get to gmail; not facebook, meet me, snapchat....nope...you can't even change the interval at which you can access info from target phone (which is set to default at 5 minutes). Then, if you are faced with any type of code error, licensing error or some other type of error preventing you from reinstallation or updating the program on target phone, and you contact its customer care dept., you can forget getting any resolutions to the
issue AND you can forget getting any of the money you paid up front. They will just neglect to respond to any future emails, so you have no active service and you lose the money you prepaid in advance. So think twice about Snoopza's lore for free programming services. It may just save you time and money to go elsewhere.

Wortless crap. Works for startup, but after a
a weeks it keeps stoping the sync and you must install it on the targetphone again and again and it stops syncing when phone is on the move and starts again hours. I sent support 3 mail about 4 months ago and still havent got a reply. They even rebilled me and no answer. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your money on this.

Love it works perfect and easy to use and install. Also the customer service is great. Only downside is the payment provider they use can be quit a pain, maybe it was just my personal experience but they made it difficult for me to make a payment.

Totaly worthless. Stops sync often and one must reinstall to grt it to work atleast once a week. I sent support two mails and it has been 3 months since the first mail, 2 months since the last and none of them are answered. DO NOT buy any of their plans. You are warned!
