Ordered item on 18/12/2025, had no delivery updates, have emailed customer support multiple times and received no response and website now appears to have been taken down. Looks like I need to raise this with my bank and get my money back

I ordered a dog bed in November, heard nothing so sent them a mail. They answered once saying it would be shipped soon. Since then no news, no tracking nr no response to emails. Will have to contact my credit card provider. Not impressed
