If I could give no stars or more…

If I could give no stars or more appropriately less than zero stars I would. 3 weeks after my order and NO product or communication. I sent 2 emails and 2 chats on the website with no response from either. That's 4 times they ignored me. Never do business with these unethical people who take you money and deliver nothing and ignore all communications. Truly they are the definition of being a thieve and should be shut down.

VERY SLOW SHIP; NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order for 2 dog beds and a blanket. When it hadn't shipped a week later, I tried to contact their customer service via chat, but there is never anyone available. Then I tried email. I asked for a ship date. I never got a response after 2 emails. I then requested the order be cancelled. Still no response. 15 days after I placed the order, I got a notice from the Shop app (nothing from snoozepaw) that the order had shipped. Still no response to my emails. I have requested a return authorization through the only mechanism available... email. I'm not holding my breath they'll answer.
