Scam, AVOID AND REPORT THIS COMPANY

Device was good while it lasted. Under warranty I asked why one part stopped working. I was asked to send a video which I did. That was 2 months ago. Sent a follow up email and still nothing. Terrible service.

SCAM COMPANY. I would give this company a zero star rating if possible.

I was very disappointed with the Snorelux pillow. I purchased it to help with neck pain–related headaches, but instead it caused significant neck discomfort and actually made my symptoms worse rather than better.

It also did not help reduce snoring, which was an added benefit I had hoped for but did not experience.

Given that this pillow cost over $200 CAD with taxes, I expected far better results. The lack of a refund option only adds to the frustration. Overall, this pillow did not work for me and I would not recommend it, especially for anyone dealing with neck pain.

The company also appears to be based in China and fraudulently poses as local businesses in various countries (e.g., Canadian, Australian, Swiss). They use different domain extensions (e.g., .ca, .com, .ch), and fraudulent local “Store Details” to target customers in specific countries, but the shipping tracking indicates the products were shipped from China.

DO NOT BUY Total scam - the products are poor quality, do not work, and are very uncomfortable. The social media reviews are not genuine. The support is non-existent.

Bought a Snorelux Sleep Mask. It arrived within specified time. My experience went downhill from here. Badly made, bad fit, unsuitable size, light still a problem.
Enquired about a return. I would be up for return postage, a $15 charge and any refund would be after assessment by their inspector. How would he know how the mask fitted me?
I bought this item based on 5 star reviews. I now wonder how genuine these reviews are.

This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them. If you find a problem with their product and reach out to them, they will never answer you. They need to be investigated for fraud. I will report this to the FTC, I have been very successful reporting fraudsters before. I advise you all to do the same. Every single person enployed by this fraudulent company needs to be imprisoned.

The mouthpiece is a cheap 3d printed bit of plastic that ships from China. This is not a Australian company.
The mouthpiece has sharp edges and is too small to fit a normal mouth.

Do not trust the 30 day money back guarantee. It's a total scam. I tried the mouth guard, and it was too bulky for me and wouldn't stay in my mouth at night. I tried to re-fit it, and it still wouldn't stay in. I tried to claim my money back (and send the product back to prove that I wasn't going to keep it) within the promised "30-day, no hassle, no questions asked Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied"; and this was their response:

When I asked them to please clarify what the money-back guarantee DOES cover, they stopped answering me. If this product works for you, then that's great, but if not - Buyer beware.

The pillow arrived late and had a horrible smell when I opened the box. To me, it even seemed as if it had been used before. Very disappointing. Avoid.

snorelux.ch A Swiss website, but the goods are actually ordered in China and flown in. Delivery takes several weeks and it’s not environmentally sustainable. I might as well order from Temu, where the same product costs only half as much.

Terrible company. Do not stand by product. Complete breach of ACCC laws. Poor communication. Inferior product quality and defective. Buyer beware this is a scam company

This company is fraudulently posing as an Australian-based specialist supplier. It is a scam. If you google the address on their website, it is a hotel. The shipping information shows origin of goods as Vietnam. There is no phone number to contact them. Their social media links are dead and if you google them, nothing comes up except for other review from people who have been scammed. Their website was created in 2025 and there is no record of business registration online.
Stay away.
I have lodged a report with ACCC Scamwatch. Hopefully they will be held accountable.

Anti snoring products don't work. The head brace pulls your jaw backwards so makes snoring worse. The mandibular device is complete crap and couldn't even fit anyone's teeth.

I bought the Anti-Snoring Device from Snorelux. This product advertises to promote easier airflow and stops snoring.

Upon receiving the product, the product surely does not feel well made, but rather has the feeling of cheap plastic and rubber. Even the manual feels incomplete with no instructions for maintenance and cleaning. There are even grammar errors in it.

From the shipping tracking, it could be identified that the origin is from China although the website is Australian. I am not sure if there is even an Australian presence - other than the domain name.

On using it, this item does not work as advertised. Instead of promoting easier airflow, it blocked it with the narrow airway in the product. Snoring did not stop but rather increased.

Overall, this product appears to be a drop ship - where they rebrand some generic product, and sell at a premium.

This website is a scam. They make fake claims, will not honour money back guarantees, and their products don’t work. This is a front for a scam - DO NOT BUY

Don't buy this Product. It is too big and most probably will not fit. Be aware that there is no Product Garantie respectively Money Back possibilities.

A waste of money! Paid AUD$49.95 for the Snorelux. My husband used it once then followed instructions the next morning on how to clean it: which said to remove the soft white part, wash it without wetting the blue breathing part of the device. Then refit the soft white part back into the blue breathing part. It WILL NOT fit back into place. Emailed support, their explanation to resolve this was totally unsatisfactory. Emailed them again (2-3 times) to return the product & exchange it for something that works properly .... NO REPSONSE. I would not recommend this product.

Bought a humidifier what a disaster! Doesn’t even plug in it has an electronic wire stoping the insertion of adapter. Sent pictures to state and the offered a poultry 49.00 back ! Joke made out that they are in Australia ! Scammers. Fighting for my full refund and postage paid !!!!

This device is a scam. It does not work. The merchant does not accept refunds. I have reported to Shopify, TGA and ACCC.
