This company and device is the ultimate scam. The plastic smells and tastes terrible, the device does not work for anything but leaving you with a fat swollen tongue in the morning and a dry mouth. When I tried to return it- they wouldn't accept it, or any of the unopened 4 additional ones I got because of the deal! DO NOT BUY!!!

Product didnt work for me. I tried to return it. They say that they have a no return policy to protect their consumers.

They will not honor their return policy or money back guarantee. They make you ship back to Sweden (horribly expensive, and items ship from US) and will not take any opened items back despite what their website says. AVOID. I spent a week arguing with them. Someone should start a class action for false advertising.

Don't think you have 30 days to try this for a money back return. You can't even look at it for them to issue you a return. If you open the box it came in to look at it and then request a return, you will get denied. Even if you didn't open the plastic bag inside the box. Buyer beware!!!

Scam - 30 days to return only if you don't open it to try it! Beware!!
My husband tried it for one night. It was uncomfortable, and he had woken up and couldn't find it. He must have taken it out during the night.
When I bought it, there was a promotion, buy 1 get three for free, and a 30-day return policy, but they don't tell you that you can't open it, if you want to return it. SCAM!

Total scam. Advertise 30 day money back guarantee, but you cannot open the product. Absolutely horrid product and service. Buy 1 get 3 free, they claim you opened the one that was paid for therefore cannot return. I disputed the charges.

The product was very uncomfortable and makes your touge swell. It did not work at all.
Buyer beware. There is the usual "deal" if you buy extra items to save per unit and on shipping.
The return policy and satisfaction guarantee is garbage. If any piece is opened they will not accept a return. How could you possibly know if it works unless you try it.
Bottom line = Your satisfaction is NOT guaranteed.

This company is a scam. We were not happy with our experience with their product, and wanted to return the 6 we bought for almost $70. Then we find out that for their refund, they state the boxes have to be unopened! How is that supposed to work! Scam. And they are not taking back the other 4 unopened boxes…they only sent hints of what to do to make product work…like sleep on our backs!!! Neither me or my husband can do that to keep the product in our mouth. Ridiculous. So we aren’t happy and tried to return but they won’t. I will only buy from Amazon so i can return anything that i don’t like or that failed our expectations! Grrr

The product didn't work for me. It made my tongue feel like it would explode!
I contacted the company for the "satisfaction guarantee" and was advised that the package had been opened therefore the guarantee was voided.
I replied "how would I know if it worked unless I opened it and tried it on? "
They're sticking to their position. No money back. They offer 50% back, but it's far short of the guarantee and I wont accept that!
Don't buy this product if you are swayed into doing so by the guarantee. It's non existent!!!

I bought one Snoresolver device and received two more free. I used one for me, and one for my wife. With shipping it cost $55.85. These didn't work for us, so I asked for a refund. Denied. Sophia told me the one I paid for was used. Very strange logic. I paid for one, got two free. So three total. Sophia states I used the one I paid for!!! They are ALL THE SAME!!! I used the two free ones and am returning the one I paid for, unused and unopened. I bickered back and forth and Sophia refunded me 50%, but I feel that I deserved a full refund. Checking my most recent credit card statement, I was refunded initially, $28.00, and on another day $27.85, so the entire amount was refunded to my credit card which has since posted. I can't help it that it's an oral appliance device which is no longer resellable. I mean, do they expect people to not try it to see if it is right for them?Made in China, it is cheap enough that they make plenty of profit; if not from me, then others who find it usable. But based on other users' experiences, these are not so effective. I would not purchase again.

I ordered the SnoreGrip Pro tongue retaining device from Snoresolvers from an ad I saw on Facebook. On the order page, it said they offered a 30-day money back guarantee.

It took nearly a month for the company to ship the product. Due to the preferential pricing they offered, I had purchased 4 devices. I opened one and used it nightly for 2 weeks. It was uncomfortable and made my teeth hurt and feel like they were loosening.

Within the 30 day period, I contacted them asking for a refund. I was then told I was not eligible for a refund for any box I had opened. To me, it is false advertising to offer a money back guarantee that only applies if you don’t actually try to use their product.

Regardless I still had 3 unopened boxes I wanted to return. I was then then told I would have to ship the boxes to Sweden to return them at my own expense (for a shipping cost that obviously would exceed the amount of any refund).

I’ve carefully read the company’s full refund policy and there is NO MENTION of requiring returned products to Sweden. It’s clear from the USPS tracking history that they shipped the product to me from New York, but they refused to allow me to return it to any US address.

At one point their customer service representative threatened me by stating that I would ruin my credit and be blacklisted if I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card.

Stay away! Disreputable company!

I purchased SnoreGrip Pro and was extremely disappointed. The device does not work, causes excessive drooling, hurts your tongue and teeth, and left me feeling terrible the next day. Honestly, I think it could even be dangerous.

I submitted a return request within 10 days and have three unopened devices in the original packaging, but SnoreSolvers denied my request. Their reply claimed I didn’t meet their policy, citing hygiene concerns and confusing restrictions around Buy One, Get One offers. The strange part is that I followed their policy exactly—I never opened the devices, and I submitted the request well within 30 days.

This company does not honor their own return policy and has extremely poor customer service. Avoid SnoreGrip Pro and SnoreSolvers entirely.
