Underwear is great, but the cold packs do not stay cool long enough after 5-10 min max they are warm

From the wife...He said the underwear is comfortable. However it goes downhill from there. The ice packs that came in the set only stay cold for a handful of minutes. (A disappointingly short amount of time.) The instant freeze ice packs stay cold for approximately 15 minutes after initially breaking and activating them. But when you re-freeze them, they’re completely solid and SO cold he refers to them “solid patties of testicular death”. He had to remove them after a few minutes because they were so cold they hurt. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But as I said, the underwear are comfortable. Three ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I am very hopeful these will help improve my sperm count. I haven't been able to test that yet. But I do think it has improved my testosterone level because I have had an increased libido.

Just what I needed! Ergonomic and effective!

The idea of this underwear is Genius but they don’t work the underwear fabric is to thick to transfer cool to the skin. The ice pack are to thin so they don’t stay cool for more than 10 minutes it’s was a wasting of money And unfortunately when I try to contact the company they don’t leave phone number on their website only email and when I emailed them They did not respond What’s said about this That the people who make a purchase from this website are usually desperate and trying everything that might help them get Pregnency so they’re willing to spend any amount of money.

You’d think for the price you pay it wouldn’t be made in China.

The payment and shipping were easy of course. The actual product is cool but I don’t see how practical it is. After an 30 minutes the ice packs begin to melt. After 3-4 change outs, they create a wing shaped wet print in the underwear. Lol. If you brought refill packs to work in an icebox and changed them out 2x an hour this could be an effective therapy. Other than that, I get equally effective relief from an Ace cold pack held to my balls after work. I’ll keep trying it out but if I had the chance I’d save my money. The underwear are decent quality, a little tight. They feel ok but tend to ride up the legs and wedgie on me.

I ordered these over a month ago and haven’t had any update about my order, shipping or dispatch note. Snowballs has taken my money, but hasn’t actually let me know if they’ve done anything about my order yet. If you’d like to get in touch with me, that would be great.

Most comfortable and form-fitting briefs I’ve ever owned. The fit is perfect after washing and drying once with heat.

The only downside is the cooling packs do not tend to last 30 minutes as indicated; closer to 10-15. I do love wearing them and enjoy the practice of cooling though. I will likely be buying extra cooling packs so I can use 2 at a time.

Overall good so far. Only thing is the ice packs are so delicate, one was dropped and spilt apart.

Very innovative product! I would love to see the material and fit change a bit. I love the material and fit of seperatec underwear...if you could incorporate your ice pack pouch into their underwear it would be awesome! Overall a product that works but leaves a lot to be desired in the comfort department. Example: it’s a whole routine for me to change into snowballs underwear after getting home from the gym in order to ice because I don’t like the harsh threads and cut of the briefs. It would be really convenient to be able to wear comfortable underwear all day and slip a ice pack in when ready rather than having to change.

Ordered first December. Received email confirmation of order. No further notification or correspondance. 3 months later, still my products have not arrived.
Emailed to the company asking to let me know the status - still no update. If I do not hear anything, I will ask for a refund, else then the only way forward is a chargeback.

The quality is good but the legs were so small my husband could barely get them on. The ice packs didn’t last more than 5 minutes either. He also said his jock strap provided more support and couldn’t use the underwear without having the jockstrap as well. Overall it just wasn’t for him but he said they were soft material.

They are pretty awesomeness. I only wish they stayed colder for longer and that some of the edges were smoother. Some of the seams are a little sharp and that’s scary when they’re in a delicate area.

I like them a lot! They’ve been satisfying and cooling. The underwear is comfy. They are a little shorter than I’m used to, so they ride up my thighs a bit too much, but they definitely get the job done with cooling my region.

I love concept of these and how it all works! There are a few things that I find uncomfortable, like the legs being a little short and riding up and the tag (which of course comes off fairly easy). But as far as my satisfaction, it’s 100% love these underwear and I’m hoping that it will help my fertility issues as described!!! Thank you for all your help!!

The comments stated they would fit tight and to size up, but they fit really really tight. Went one size up, probably should have went 2 sizes up. Bought it in hopes to increase sperm count, only time will tell. Otherwise definitely work as intended.
