Great option for medical insurance…
Great option for medical insurance especially with pre-existing conditions. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I like the thoroughness of the application process as it makes me feel more confident that I’ll have coverage if needed. The Service given by Duncan
The Service given by Duncan.
The longest time period ever for answering the questioner.
He talked fast & didn’t understand the answers we gave. We didn’t understand some of his questions.
He Had to check with someone else.
It was frustrating.
This was only a 9 Day top off with No Changes from our Yearly Travel Insurance policy, in March 2026,
We didn’t know there was a change with the insurer.
We asked for a hard copy of the Policy & Wallet Card. He said they don’t do that.
We’ve always gotten hardcopies in the mail from Snowbirds, every year.
The prices were higher than expected.
Maybe our age was a factor?
Pre-existing medical?
A combination of both?
