School Trip Hire
Our experience was ok,any problems we were able to sort out fairly quickly via email or phone call and everything arrived in time as stated.
We have heard of others who ordered earlier and experienced lost/not received orders and wrong items sent causing panic as trip approached.
Don't know how they process their orders but might need to tighten up and check bit more to save more bad feed back

What an amazing service!!
What an amazing service! And so easy to use! I filled out the online form for ski equipment; gave my dates of travel, my sizes and whether I wanted my clothing snug or loose. With enough time to spare to make any changes if necessary, my package arrived and everything was great. The only problem was the snow boots come up large, they were too big even with 2 pairs of thick socks but it was not a major problem.

We were helped by a wonderful staff member named Sarah. She really helped and spent time with us to make sure we were getting not only the right fit clothes but clothes that were appropriate to our trip and we felt comfortable in.
