I can see from the tracking details that DHL has made several attempts to deliver it, but you weren’t at home. Your parcel has therefore been taken to a collection point, where it has been since 15 June. You’ve been sent details of the exact location by email and text message.

Snowcountry did well but
Snowcountry did perfect, UPS is though somewhat difficult to manage. No persons available only AI which was too limited for my personal needs. The parcel could not be delivered without someone receiving it at home. That was difficult to arrange, as they do not know when they deliver for the second time. "Tomorrow" is quite a range...

Slow delivery, wrong shipping method
Slow delivery, wrong carrier choice, DHL Express is Not faster then usual DHL and customers have way worse service with regard to picking it up outside their homes.

I’m sorry to hear that you received your order later than you had hoped. I can see that you chose the Economy Select option with DHL Express. As stated on our website, delivery usually takes two to three days. Of course, there may also be delays on the part of the carrier.
In your case, I can see that you placed your order on Thursday 4 June and that we dispatched it on 4 June.
As the weekend fell in between, an initial delivery attempt was made on Monday 8 June. Unfortunately, this attempt was unsuccessful, and I can see that the parcel was delivered to the collection point on 8 June.
DHL has therefore fulfilled its delivery promise. We hope you will enjoy your product.

Great return policy
I got my mega mat really fast. My tall and heavy husband can sleep on it without backpain. Mission accomplished ;) Great return policy. At the end I didn't even need it. Instead of returning the mega mat I exchanged our tent for a bigger one. I'm coming back for sure. Thanks.

Great store, would buy from them again
Good prices, friendly stuff . Ordered snowboard from them, and 2 years later had a warranty case, they resolved it fast and professionally; also some years laters ordered bindings, arrived fast.
