So i basically lost 46chf and a good…
So i basically lost 46chf and a good week of powder for a mistake they made.
I ordered some snowboard boots, the vans infuse. After 8 days i received two left boots, of different sizes.
After notifying the mistake, they told me to send them back for a refund, so i called to ask if i would have to pay for the return process. They assured me i wouldnt and gave me an auto return coupon, which was useless as at the post office i was charged 46chf to send the parcel. Which i never recovered.
I emailed them, and they said they would look into it, i never heard from them since.
Highly do not recommend.
P.s. now their customer service saying i didn't provide order number or reply to some questions.. i have a 7 email back and forth with customer service, and as i said, after asking about the money o used to send the boots back i have no reply.
Still do not recommend👎

Quick livery and great skis
The livery was quick (2 days) and the skis were in perfect state. I asked for the bindings to be mounted on the skis and they were at the right spot and perfectly at the size of my shoes.
