Outside chairlift, for 3 steps for my disabled daughter,ir broke down Christmas Day,phoned them in new year, was given a date when a engineer would come no one turned up,was then told the engineer would definitely be out yesterday afternoon again no one turned up, didn’t even have the decency to let us know, phoned them again today and was told the earliest someone could come was the 23rd, which isn’t good enough, I have had to cancel hospital and doctors appointments, as we have no way to get out, which is extremely worrying as if the was a fire we would be stuck, their service is appalling, I have also paid the call out fee, would never buy anything off them again

REALLY don't like the fact that, on their website, they won't let you proceed unless you accept all cookies, nor do they allow contact unless one accepts getting junk mail from them.
If that's how they run basic details, how can they be trusted on a more personal level? I'm going to avoid. With bells on.
My wheelchair has consistently broken down since I’ve had it, it’s been in the repairs more than I’ve had it, now today it’s broken down again, but they can’t fix it, they have no curiously chairi can use, so I’m left sat here, unable to move, upset, what am I to do, I can’t even stand to go to the bathroom, I can’t walk, and they’ve just left me. Absolutely disgusting service
Excellent service from the staff at the swansea shop! Will be returning.
