I have used SnowFinders a few times now - most recently in Jan 2025 for a last minute ski holiday to Italy. They act like an agent - you tell them your requirements (dates, group size, budget etc) and they do the searching for you. They seem to have connections with a lot of ski operators including the big ones so you don't need to deal with them yourself (and there's no difference in price either). They come back really quickly with options (same day usually).

I like the fact that they are a small company - they are very professional and have a good knowledge of different ski areas so can give you some genuine advice on what resorts are like. All the admin was done without any problems too.

Overall, very happy with their service and would definitely use them again.

We were trying to arrange a skiing holiday with Crystal directly but whilst their call centre people were very friendly and nice, they had no real knowledge of the resorts or the hotels - I don't think that they had even been skiing!! So, in frustration, I looked on the web for a specialist ski travel agency and found Snowfinders as they were the most local to us.
Imogen and Sue were absolutely superb. I would recommend these people to anyone who knows what they want and would like some reassurance that they are making the right choice - and it costs no more than going direct!!
