Misleading product description, I bought a skiing gloves and the description did not stated they are children gloves, opened the dispute they ruled that it states that in feature, when wanted to return the item was made to buy their return label and pay £11.99 postage fee for large size envelope to uk address. However if you wanted to arrange your own postage they then offer you only to return to the Spain address to make it difficult to return.
I would not recommend to shop at this place as feels to me they are misleading people with discerption of the product and make it difficult to return.

Terrible company, terrible customer service.
I’ve placed 2 orders now and the same thing happened both times… I order enough items to justify the large delivery costs, then they cancel an item without contact despite it being in stock and available to order! Meaning I have to place another order and pay delivery costs again.
The items that do arrive take a month or more.
I’ve contacted customer services both times and no discount / free delivery code / any kind of resolution offered.

I ordered a pair of ski boots for cross country skiing,
SALOMON Escape Plus. Size EU 44 2/3. They are excellent, comfortable and warm. Perfect size for me (28,5 cm).
And they were delivered on time.

**AVOID**. Ordered a snowboard helmut for over a £100 as a Christmas present for my husband. It, was too small and as they don't offer exchange I paid for a larger helmet (another £130) and in addition paid £12 for royal mail 48hr parcel delivery to return the smaller helmet on 31st,Dec 2025. My tracking shows it was delivered on 6th Jan 2026.
Now at time of writing (6th February) they have still not processed my refund despite numerous emails to their customer support where I get same generic reply about it not having arrived yet (that's a lie) or latest that they are "registering" my parcel that was delivered on 15th January according to them. Absolutely ridiculous and dreadful service, you shouldnt have to pay for a 48hr return to then wait over a month for a refund that's still not transpired. Total scam! Avoid at all costs!!!

Ordered helmet but did not receive due to delivery issue. No problem, was informed package would be returned to depot and refund would follow. At least 30 emails and 9 weeks later received refund. Disgraceful, incompetent customer service will never buy from this company again, oh and refund was £1.50 short

Arrived 3 days late but just in time for ski trip. Nice goggles, they didn’t steam up but they didn’t improve my skiing or attract the attention of any influencer models.

I placed an order, and the postage is really expensive, and it took ages to come, which I can deal with, but they removed some items from the order.
I am currently on my 7th email of asking them if the items they removed are actually in stock because it still shows as being in stock on their website.
All I want is a straight answer, but each customer service representative I deal with hasn't read any of the previous emails, so I have to start again every single email.
If the items are in stock I want them to pay for delivery because they're the ones who remove them from my order, I don't think I'm asking a lot.
If everything turns up and you have no reason to contact customer services, you'll probably be fine.
If however you need contact customer services all I'm going to say is good luck because I've had better responses from a brick wall!

I ordered the Nidecker LT Supermatic snowboard bindings for $393.99, plus $45 shipping. After checkout, I was then charged an additional $74.10 import fee, bringing my total to $513.09.
For comparison, the local price is $479.99. With Las Vegas sales tax (8.375%), that comes to about $520.19 out the door.
So after ordering internationally, waiting longer, and dealing with import fees, I saved only around $7. That’s not the deal I expected.
What’s frustrating is the site did not clearly disclose that import duties or extra charges could apply. The price looked significantly lower, but once all fees were added, the savings were basically gone.
The bindings themselves are great — but the lack of pricing transparency was disappointing. Buyers should be aware the “deal” may not actually be a deal once import charges hit.

(65349159 )I ordered some ski goggles and a gogglesoc. I ordered on 3/1/26 with delivery scheduled for between 14-19 January. The product had still not arrived by 25/1/26 (my ski holiday) and I therefore had to buy some at the resort - very expensive! When I contacted customer service they told me I had to pay £11.99 to return them even though they had not delivered them on time. What a scam. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THINGS DELIVERED ON TIME. Very poor customer service.

I ordered helmet on 13/12/25 that did not arrive and was informed would be returned to depot and refund would follow. After 30 emails and 8 weeks later, I have not received refund and not getting anywhere with customer service.

I ordered a PROTEST Melton Riding hoodie sweater / M on January 3rd this year and the order haven’t been updated since then, it says it’s in transit to their dispatch centre and when i write to them they always have the same response. My order number is 65357779 and it has been delayed 5 times already. Initially the estimated delivery date was between 16.01 and 20.01 and now it is 05.02 and 11.02 and it will probably be delayed further. Don’t order from them because it is a scam, they sell products they don’t have. I don’t know about refunds because i didn’t request one yet.

**AVOID**. Ordered ski goggles as a Christmas present for my son on 9th Dec. Delivery was so delayed that they didn’t arrive in time. And when they did arrive, it turned out SnowInn had sent the incorrect size! I returned them on 7th Jan, and now at time of writing (1st February) they have still not processed my refund. Don’t be tricked by the low prices - avoid this business!!
Update - per the reply below SnowInn have made it sound like this is the first they have heard of this problem. But it is not - I have been in touch with customer services five times (and had five unhelpful replies). I do hope that someone escalates this, and it is a shame I have had to make a public review to prompt them to action.

I have purchased a jacket for my daughter on the Snowinn website and have already shared my opinion with them. I have received a meaningless answer.
The jacket is terribly thin, not right for winter in Montreal. I am very disappointed. The real colour is also not the same as displayed on the website. I paid 120 CAD for the jacket and additionally 25 CAD for the duty (customs). I do NOT recommend, definitely.
Currently, it is minus 15 - minus 20 degrees Celsius here. The kids go to school, play outside. I cannot give my daughter such a thin jacket. You should really shame to advertise it as a winter jacket (with the Norway flag)!
I have placed a negative review next to this jacket in order that people may know about the issue - it has never become visible. They display only 3 reviews with 5 stars. Mine - with 1 star is not visible.
