Package wasn’t delivered

Package wasn’t delivered. 3 weeks later no clue where it is. Difficult to get in contact with them. Poor ownership of the case. NO communication and still no solution. Bad all the way through.

Snowleader took my money and then lied repeatedly about shipping.

They claim the order was shipped, but the tracking number they provided does not work and shows no real movement. At one point they even claimed the delivery address was changed - something I never requested. Later they admitted the package was delayed, then suddenly claimed it had arrived, and immediately forced a return instead of delivering it.

Now they are withholding my money, saying they will refund only after the package returns to their warehouse. If the carrier loses it, I am left with no product, no refund, and no timeline. This is entirely their decision, made without my consent, and at my expense.

They also posted false public statements claiming that I requested to cancel the order. This is untrue. I requested a refund only if they could not deliver. When delivery became possible, they still refused to deliver and instead blocked both the product and the refund.

This is a classic pattern: take payment, provide fake or non-functional tracking, lie about shipment status, then delay refunds indefinitely. In my experience, this behavior is indistinguishable from fraud.

Avoid this company. They take money, misrepresent shipping, and hold refunds hostage.

We have already responded to your review on another platform and, as indicated by email, due to the prolonged delivery delay and your request for a refund, the carrier will return your order to the sender. This instruction was forwarded to the carrier on 07/01/2026.
We confirm that we received your request for cancellation and refund on 04/01, following the delay.
Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order that is in transit. A return to sender is mandatory so that we can receive the goods and proceed with the refund after verification in our warehouse.

Paid a fortune for express DHL delivery…

Paid a fortune for express DHL delivery to ensure delivery for my son's birthday.

Didn't happen - store doesn't seem to care.

Would not use again.

Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.

I had a very poor experience with Snowleader. I returned a pair of skis with clear defects, and after weeks of silence they sent them back without explanation. They later acknowledged the issue and offered a replacement, which I accepted — but since then, no response at all. It's been over two months. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service.
