BEWARE

BEWARE: Terrible experience with this company. I placed an order on January 7th, and the website stated delivery by January 15th. Although the site is in Italian, the package was shipped from France, which I wasn’t expecting.

As of January 23rd, the shipment appears to be lost: the tracking hasn’t updated in over 12 days. I’ve tried to contact customer support multiple times by phone (no answer), email (no reply), and the website chat has never been available. At this point, the lack of communication feels very suspicious - proceed with caution.

A very terrible shopping experience

A very terrible shopping experience — my first purchase here and I ended up with defective old stock. I bought a pair of Salomon X Ultra 360 GTX from here, and wore them for a 10 km outdoor hike. However, halfway through, I noticed that the GTX layer at the flexing area of the toe had separated from the upper, with a total of four separation points on both shoes, affecting both the left and right sides at the flex zones. When I reported this issue, I was told the only option was to send them back for repair. This completely ruined my entire travel plans for August, and I had no choice but to buy another pair from a physical store at the last minute.

No customer service for alpine slings ( blue ice)

Recently ordered a few blue ice alpine runner slings from them, fast delivery but when i received the items i noticed 1 of them had misscoloring and 1 of them had a loose stiching. Not really ideal for a life trusting climbing equipment.

have tried calling, emaling and using the chat-system. No replies, horrible customer service. Lost 40 euros :)

edit ( 3 days later, still have not heard anything from snowleader )

Will not issue refunds

Will not issue refunds, simple returns process but no refund is issued. You are assured it will be after 14 days, then it becomes 14 business days, then its been delayed but will be this week, then again the following week, etc. Don't reply to emails, their phone line costs 9p a minute, and their online chat staff provide nothing but vague assurance before cutting you off.
