Absolutely brilliant company who care…

Absolutely brilliant company who care about their customers. I accidently duplicated an order with them and they phoned me to ask if it was correct that I wanted both (which I didn't). They refunded me straight away for the duplicate order. Thank you Snowpaw Store

Avoid and updated due to lies

2nd update I think my review speaks for itself along with Amazon refunding states clear issues with yourselves

Update after seller response:
What the seller has written is simply untrue. It took 5 days of going back and forth, during which they repeatedly expected me to jump through hoops by providing unnecessary photos, videos and serial numbers — none of which are legally required to return a faulty item under UK law.

Despite asking, I did not receive a prepaid return label for 5 days, and Amazon themselves had to step in and issue the refund because the seller failed to do so. Amazon even confirmed the seller was asking for things that were not required.

So for the seller to now claim this was handled quickly, or that they agreed immediately, is just them trying to save face. Their reply is misleading, and my experience stands: poor service, unnecessary delays, and no resolution from the seller — only from Amazon.

★☆☆☆☆ Awful Seller – Amazon Had to Step In

Terrible experience from start to finish. The item arrived faulty, and the seller refused to provide a pre-paid return label, even though this is required under UK law for faulty products. Instead, they kept demanding photos, videos and serial numbers, which I am not legally required to provide just to return a defective item.

I went back and forth with the seller and got absolutely nowhere. They offered no help, no solution, and no refund. In the end, Amazon had to step in and refund me themselves, because the seller did nothing to resolve the issue.

Awful customer service — avoid this seller. Amazon were the only ones who sorted it.

Thanks for taking the time to write this. I would just like to clarify this situation:

When you first reached out to us on 17th we offered to complete the warranty claim online asking for a simple video of the fault and a picture of the item to speed up the process and potentially avoid you having to return the item and wait for your refund and get this sorted same day. You declined this offer of a quick resolution and said you would return the item. At 10:51 today 21st you asked for a prepaid returns label which at 11:42 we of course agreed to provide.

I’m sorry you feel responding to your request in less than an hour is poor customer service we are only a small family run business so it’s not always possible for us to reply immediately.

Updated: If you wish to discuss this Scott I'd be more than happy to, I'd be interested to see this "Back and Forth" correspondance as it was not with our team! The only correspondance we have had with you is as stated above, I can only assume you have been speaking with Amazon and not with us. At no point did we refuse to provide a returns label the first and only time you asked for this we provided the label.

We will not continue responding to your updates as this is a he sais she said situation now we have the proof of our correspondance and know we are not lying. Thank you for your time.

Very helpful when choosing a harness at…

Very helpful when choosing a harness at canicross midlands. Lent us one to try and then chatted with us to make sure we were happy with fit etc.Excellent service and very knowledgeable - definitely recommend

Really helpful and quick responses

Really helpful and quick responses to resolve an exchange. I had ordered a crate which would have been too small and SnowPaw store offered and exchange on the occasion, really grateful for the good communication.

Maelson Soft Kennel

I initially ordered the wrong size, I contacted SnowPaws who were very understanding and extremely helpful. Exchange was immediately authorised and a replacement size dispatched immediately on receipt of the return. The Maelson soft kennel is lightweight but very sturdy, easy to erect and fold down when necessary. Excellent customer service and products

Fantastic customer service

Visited the Leicester branch for a raincoat for my Golden Retriever Zeus. I received some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Measuring and trying on multiple coats with the fantastic staff help.

The range of stock is a much higher quality than vs your typical chain like Petsathome. Slightly higher price point but it certainly feels like a situation where you buy once and it lasts.

I will be back again whenever I'm in the local area!

Superb Customer Service

My local raw dog food supplier closed down and I searched high and low to source the same food elsewhere. I came up with SnowPaw on a Google search and they have been absolutely fantastic with great customer service and communication. Through no fault of their own they are no longer to obtain the same product due to import regulations. I know they will do their very best to source an alternative. I have nothing but praise for Rachel and her customer service. Definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic range of gear

Fantastic range of gear. Excellent quality and great service. I've bought a number of items from them for my Huskies. Bungy leads, walking belt etc. All have been really well made and tough, which gear needs to be for Huskies. Highly recommend for you and your pooches.

Great service

I'm very pleased with the clip on safety lights that I've received, I feel alot more safe walking the dog now the evenings are darker. I had a very quick response to an email that I sent. Excellent customer service!!!

Our first visit to the Snowpaw Store…

Our first visit to the Snowpaw Store was brilliant. We are first time to scooter mushing and were given excellent advice by Rachel and she helped with making sure we got the right equipment for our dog. We would definitely recommend the Snowpaw Store. A++++

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I recently found our dog had chewed his Lupine collar and remembered that Lupine's guarantee even covered chewing. I tried to work out how to claim on Lupine's website but it appeared to be a US site and was not clear how I could claim from the UK. I contacted SnowPaw Store as I purchased it from them a long time ag, they dealt with it for me and I received a new collar within days. Excellent !!!
