No warranty, not returnable, zero service

No warranty, non refundable, not returnable. So what is the customer supposed to do if the product stops working in a couple of days’ time? Plus, zero support from Snow shock. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Disappointment started from day first

Paid 3 days ago and was prmoised next day delivery. And still waiting for machine. Disappointing already even machine is not here yet. Donot know what ll happen once i get delivery. Please wish me best of luck. Having a feeling that i am stuck now like.

We are very sorry to hear that your delivery is taking longer than we originally quoted, it's so frustrating when the weather is so good!
We are taking this up with our couriers. We always send on a working next day service but very occassionally the couriers do not meet our expectations. Once we are aware of a delay we can get onto it straight away.

Poor communication

Poor communication - a person should be available rather than waiting for email support for ordering parts and service related questions.

Sorry you had a bad experience. Customers can have a text conversation, a chat conversation via the support page of the website or an e.mail conversation, which are all immediate ways of getting help as well as looking at our support pages on the website. This is a brilliant self help resource ,which identifies your problem and has links to the part you need. Also our Youtube videos help with fault finding and if needed the fitting of new parts. Telephone calls too, however this may not always be the quickest way dependant on the volume of calls. We know it's frustrating if you want help straight away, but if the phone lines are engaged, it may take a little longer. We hope you have solved your problem, but if you need any more help please get in touch.

We Oder parts week ago still not…

We Oder parts week ago still not received they charge £8.00 for next day delivery after call helpline we found they don’t have parts
In stock no communication were made web site not updated. Thanks
