Beware: Scammy billing and terrible performance

Do not use this service. Even after you officially cancel your plan with them, they leave the PayPal subscription active and continue to siphon money out of your account. Trying to contact customer support to fix this or get a refund for double charges is a nightmare—they are completely unresponsive. On top of the scammy billing practices, the service itself is practically unusable. The VMs are incredibly slow because there are no GPUs available, forcing everything to run on the CPU. Save your money and look elsewhere.

It is disappointing to read this review, as it severely misrepresents the facts of our interaction and your two-year history with our company. We value transparency, so we are providing the exact timeline and facts regarding your claims.

1. The PayPal Subscription & "Unresponsive" Support
When you cancel a service on our panel, any automated subscriptions you set up must be canceled from within your own PayPal dashboard. For your security, we do not have authorization to access your personal PayPal account to alter or cancel your billing agreements.

When your automated PayPal payment went through, you opened a ticket on Sunday, March 1st at 07:31 AM. Because you still had another active service with us, the system automatically applied it as an account credit. When you replied asking for it to be refunded to your payment method instead, our team processed the refund immediately at 09:06 AM.

Resolving a billing inquiry and issuing a full refund in under two hours on a Sunday morning is the exact opposite of being a "nightmare" or "completely unresponsive."

2. The "Unusable" Service and Missing GPUs
You claim the service is unusable, yet you were an active client utilizing these exact servers for the past two years without this complaint.

Regarding the lack of GPUs: we have never claimed, advertised, or listed GPUs on our order pages or product descriptions. You received the exact CPU-based hardware you ordered and paid for. Assuming a server comes with unadvertised hardware and then calling the business a "scam" when it doesn't is simply unfair.

To any potential clients reading this:
We understand that negative reviews can cause hesitation. The context behind this review is that the client demanded a refund for an active, perfectly functioning service because they assumed it came with hardware (GPUs) that we do not sell or advertise. While we gladly and swiftly refunded the accidental PayPal overpayment, we cannot provide refunds simply because a user expected unadvertised specifications after two years of use.

If delivering exactly what is promised on our website and issuing no-hassle refunds within two hours on a weekend is considered "scammy," then we have very different definitions of an honest business.

Despite all of this, we truly do not want to lose a two-year client on bad terms. You are entirely welcome to keep this review up, but if there has been any kind of misunderstanding, I am more than glad to clear it up. If there was a genuine mistake made on our end that we missed, please let us know and I will personally fix it for you. We are not a shady or dishonest company. If we made an error, we want to make it right.

The service has been reliable for my needs, with uptime close to 100%, and whenever I’ve needed help, the tech support team has been friendly and willing to assist. Everything works as expected, pricing is very reasonable, and I’m genuinely satisfied with the service.

Appalling Service and Unethical Practices

I’m absolutely furious with snthostings.com. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they cancel my plan abruptly—cutting me off before the month was over—but they also accessed my virtual server without my permission.
This isn’t just poor service; it feels like a complete breach of trust and privacy. I’m warning anyone considering snthostings.com: steer clear if you value your money and your online security. I’m beyond disappointed and will never recommend them to anyone.

Subscribed to an RDP service

Subscribed to an RDP service, it had a lot of problems and couldn't download anything in it. Contacted the support which was a joke.
When they couldn't resolve the issue, i asked for a cancellation of the service and a refund, they refused..
Luckily paypal was on my side.

Great service and wide range of products

I have been using Snthostings for several years now and am very happy with them. The fact that I have stayed with them is proof enough. This company goes out of its way to make sure your needs are filled whether its vpn, vps, dedicated server space etc. The monthly cost is relatively low and the customer service is beyond excellent and fast in responding. 5 stars all the way.
