This desktop is useless, constantly freezing, and awful; I can't work.

Do not use this service. Even after you officially cancel your plan with them, they leave the PayPal subscription active and continue to siphon money out of your account. Trying to contact customer support to fix this or get a refund for double charges is a nightmare—they are completely unresponsive. On top of the scammy billing practices, the service itself is practically unusable. The VMs are incredibly slow because there are no GPUs available, forcing everything to run on the CPU. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I was first introduced to this hosting service by a friend more than 10 years ago, and I’ve been using it ever since. Overall, my experience has been very solid. The service has been reliable for my needs, with uptime close to 100%, and whenever I’ve needed help, the tech support team has been friendly and willing to assist. This is a great service provider. The icing on the cake is the Customer Service and the Cherry on top the price.

Subscribed to an RDP service, it had a lot of problems and couldn't download anything in it. Contacted the support which was a joke.
When they couldn't resolve the issue, i asked for a cancellation of the service and a refund, they refused..
Luckily paypal was on my side.

Bad company do not buy they will took your money and close your service for unclear reason

the speed of virtual server is very fast as compare to godaddy even rate is cheaper then other websites
