Would not recommend for large breeds(Cane Corso)
Having ordered this bed under the impression that the premium price and advertising would reflect its quality, I was very disappointed with the Monza Faux Leather Dog Lounger.
Upon arrival, the faux leather felt subpar compared to previous beds I’ve owned; however, I gave the product the benefit of the doubt, assuming it would be durable. I was wrong. The bed lasted less than a week. I have purchased significantly cheaper beds from Amazon that have outlasted this one.
As the owner of a Cane Corso, I’ve found that high-quality leather beds usually work best. In my experience, brands like BingoPaw typically last over a year, but the material quality here was nowhere near that standard—especially considering the premium price point.
I reached out to customer service, assuming that my specific item might have been a "lemon" that didn't reflect their usual standards. I initially hoped to utilize the 2-year warranty to resolve the situation. While I was assured that their quality is normally very high and a replacement could be issued, I later received an update stating that the warranty did not cover my specific circumstances, instead being labelled as 'normal wear and tear'. This is frustrating, as the advertised durability certainly did not match the product I received, and now the assuring warranty counts less than a full weeks usage as active usage leading to 'common' wear and tear .As a customer I feel cheated as I have essentially purchased a £50 week lasting bed without any warrenty.
While these beds may be suitable for smaller breeds, I cannot recommend this company for large breed owners. My experience might be a "worst-case scenario," but I believe it is important to share this perspective before others commit to such an expensive dog bed.
