I’d give it a negative number if I could. SCAM! Like others, I purchased in April and still haven’t gotten the product. And again, like others, I tried to track the order only to get error messages. And of course no one responded to my emails. Hoping I can get my bank to refund the money because clearly this company is shady.

Sadly, like others I see here, I ordered a cat sling carrier, got a confirmation number, all the things .... and then nothing was ever delivered. It even said it would be tracked on the Shop app but it wasn't - and then the company went dark. The website still exists as essentially a photograph, but nothing is clickable and there's certainly no way to contact them. I'm out $40 and a product I really wanted. DO NOT TRUST SNUGGLEBOND

I rate zero! I ordered in April and never was shipped. Now says invalid order# I emailed and at first got a reply that order would be shipped soon. Since then, they do not answer emails. I foster kittens and ordered $79 worth of product. Learned a hard lesson...I'll contact my credit card but doubt anything can happen. Definitely a scam. I saw on their website a Hong Kong address and also San Francisco. Hummmm....

This is an out and out scam. They don't respond to emails, and after nearly 4 months of trying to find out what's happening with my order, I have given up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!!!

I bought a cat snugglebond carrier, they emailed me twice and assured me they will provide me with my preferred pattern. I appreciated the good customer service. This was back on 1 May 2025. It is now June 17, NO RESPONSE after 2 or 3 emails asking for a tracking number or update.
Thank God that I didn't purchase multiple things! I bought one item, to give it a try and was planning to buy more. The site looks very legitimate.
After I read the other reviews on how they ghosted their customers and never sent them the products, I can see how it is such a scam. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered one of these as I saw their ad on Instagram. It was supposed to arrive in a week, and it never shipped out. It's now six weeks later, and I can't get anyone at the company to respond to me via email—they don't have a phone number to call. Their order tracking page for my order now says "Page Not Found". I issued a chargeback via my credit card company since I can't get anyone to reply to me at the company.

Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from this company.

I placed an order on the 16th of April and today, the 2nd of June I have not yet received the item. The tracking link for my order also no longer works and just says “page not found.”

Update: I lodged a dispute with my credit card company and got a refund.
