One star is way to high of a rating but as low as it would let me. I posted a comment on social media saying to message me to see screenshots of why to avoid this company to send me a dm. It hurt snugglecolors feelings so they blocked me to avoid customers seeing why to avoid this company and go to one of the many other small companies offering the same exact product from china.
Been weeks still nothing, said latest delivery was June 4th was no update so I sent an email where they say they have communicated (never happened) Iann Caleb is too incompetent to answer questions instead will just tell you they have communicated and thank you for understanding. While also throwing in refunded are unacceptedeven when packages haven’t been shipped after weeks. Better and cheaper options just search fb
