Unused because they arrived damaged and still waiting for Snuggledown to respond to my complaint - see images showing plastic cover split open and poorly taped so the pillows were exposed during transit. This is how they arrived with no external protective packaging.
Comfortable to lie on my back after a hard day even though I am a side sleeper
