I have emailed them numerous time and…
I have emailed them numerous time and still no reply. The buckle of the snuggle seat had a very sharp part to it. I had my baby sat and strap into the seat, he suddenly started crying. I found he had scratches all down the top of his legs to the point they started bleeding. Since then he has not wanted to go back on the snuggle seat.
Very disappointed in the fact no body got back to any of my emails.

Product had not arrived after a week…
Product had not arrived after a week and a half. Had to contact company via their website, email, Facebook and Instagram before I got a response 3.5 weeks after ordering. Then still had to spend 45mins myself on webchat with Yodel courier service to find out which house number had been given my product as courier had not left a calling card.

My lg loves her bean bag
My lg loves her bean bag - we use it more than the Moses basket. Delivery was good and had to check something with customer service first who were friendly. Really good service overall and very good product
