Excellent customer service
I have this morning updated my review of Snugl, following their really excellent customer service (thank you Amy) following my experience of purchasing the incorrect size Snugl neck pillow (1013) 22/6.
The Snugl Pillow is luxurious, well made and finished; however I opted for a regular size, which swamped me, akin to my head been swallowed by a ring donut!
I reviewed my purchase regarding the sizing and Amy at Snugl immediately contacted me and arranged for my neck pillow to be collected by Royal Mail the next day, Amy also despatched a small size which was delivered to me before 12noon today (24/06) and refunded me the difference for the small size.
I am so happy with my replacement small size Snugl neck pillow, it is a perfect fit and so comfortable.
THANK YOU SNUGL AND AMY - Your customer service is way up above any other business I have online shopped with for years and Amy is a credit to your company!

Bought this neck pillow for my son who…
Bought this neck pillow for my son who has atlantoaxial instability. He uses his neck brace when needed but has found that this neck pillow is very comfortable and gives good support whilst sitting. It is very soft but is sturdy enough to support his neck without causing his neck and head to feel forced into an unnatural position. Has been very helpful.

Great customer service and a great product!
Great customer service with a swift response. Their customer service agent Amy was very helpful.
The travel pillow I purchased is far superior to the standard ones you can buy at airports that are flimsy and really do nothing to support your neck. No idea why people still buy them to be honest!

Wonderfully packaged and speedy…
Wonderfully packaged and speedy delivery. This travel pillow is one of the comfiest I've had. While travelling with a friend I was intrigued by the unusual shape of their travel pillow as I've previously only had one with out the ergonomic support. After trying theirs I had to purchase one for myself. It's made travelling that much more pleasant.
