We have never slept so well

We have never slept so well. I ready reviews on this website before buying it, and can confirm I bought the right product 100% satisfaction.
The only downside is the mattress has to be aired out for quite a long time before actually using it.
However, my back was in such a bad way prior to getting this mattress I couldn't bend over, and was in excruciating pain much of the time. Now 5 years after purchase, we are still sleeping the deepest sleeps and I haven't had a twinge of pain in the same amount of time.
Excellent product, we are planning to purchase 2 more.

Have been very happy with both their Gold V60 density 4 inch deep mattress topper with Outlast cover and also their top spec V85 density 3 inch mattress topper with Outlast cover.

Would however recommend the V60 because it's much less expensive but seemingly similar quality.

Their warranty is worthless and emails abrupt verging on rude

Their warranty is worthless. They demand to see clear photos of visible damage which is not practical (although funnily enough having now seen my reviews they have now offered to ignore that and collect it from me).
We are both not sleeping well at all after just two years of a supposed ten year guarantee. This is clearly causing us ongoing issues and impacting on tiredness and discomfort. That is why I deliberately hunted for a product with a guarantee in the first place. Little did I know they could get away with treating me with such disregard.
If it's at fault you're expected to return it to them for them to judge - leaving you without a mattress while they decide. Going by their first few emails I would not do this because it's clear they are not interested in doing anything other than taking payment.
Also they say that if the memory foam has "just softened" ie not comfortable anymore (!) then apparently that's to be expected.

How are they still operating?! I'm so angry I'm taking them to trading standards
