What a stunning sofa! We have the 3 seater Big Chill and it is so comfortable. The ordering, delivery and construction were so easy and nothingwas too much trouble for the team. I thoroughly recommend Snug, I don't know why anyone would buy from anywhere else!

Thought quite a lot before committing to buy the snug sofas but finally took the plunge and so glad I did ,really love them they are so sturdy and comfy ,came fully boxed and were so easy to put together and really stylish to look at .

Ordered on the Monday and the sale, and it arrived by Wednesday! These sofas are SO easy to put together I did it by myself. You wouldn’t think they were modular sofas as I had lots of comments telling me they’d be flimsy etc.
Colour exactly as the swatches, they look great in my living room and my cat approves!
Only given it 4 stars as it is supppper firm but I know that will soften in time

But legs were wonky, but quickly replaced when I email them.

Consider getting them to assemble for you. You need to be strong to assemble yourself

Lots of options and colours and very simple to put together (we found the instructions after we had finished putting it together and it was easy), great quality, very pleased.

Sofa itself is nice - easy to assemble, good colour, comfy etc. but we brought this especially to use as a sofa bed and this is the most uncomfortable sofa bed I have ever laid on, it is embarrassing for visitors to use (a couple of honest friends told us about it!) so we now have a blow up bed which we can't even store in the sofa since it is taken up with the stupid sofa bed. Customer support were no help, said to use a mattress topper - this won't fix the feeling of the giant metal bar which sits too close to the mattress... So I'd recommend the sofa but don't waste your money on the sofa bed.

Beautiful sofa that is comfortable, but comes in pieces to enable me to get it through a small space into my lounge.

Nicely made chair and footstool
Hopefully it will last well.
Only issue is the fabric (velvet like) attracts my cats hair and needs cleaning off each day.
Chair is firmer than I imagined but I know other styles offer a softer seat. This one was in my budget though.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase and the style looks good in my house

The sofas arrived on time and were easily put together. They look good in my room and are slowly losing their hardness.

Absolutely love this company. Being 3 floors up buying a sofa was my worst nightmare but this company just made it wonderful. I got the chaise rebel sofa and I adore it. Most comfortable sofa and so easy to put together. Also love the fact when we do move we won't have to struggle taking it down the stairs and we can buy more parts to add to it. Delivery was quick and hassle free plus got it in the sale at an amazing price.

EDIT-18 July (after getting another reply from customer service): Good luck to those who bought anything from the company before Jan 2023, because "Unfortunately, as you purchased your item with Snug Shack Ltd and this company went into Administration back in January 2023, we are unable to assist you further with your enquiry."

Our 3-seater went saggy within 1.5 years of use, which is disappointing given the price (paid over £1,400 for it in 2022). Tried to find a solution with the customer service and only got told to rotate or smooth the sagged cushions which obviously will not help with the issue. Alternatively they offered a replacement for the cushions for £509. Don't think it's reasonable to pay that price every 1-2 years just to keep using a sofa that's supposed to last.

Super sofa corner unit, good price and was delivered within 48hours. All boxed and packaged well but the modular units were easy to construct. Recommend!

We haven't unpacked our sofas yet as they are for a new home.
But ordering & delivery was easy & great

Allowed me to place an order, then one week later on delivery day when nothing had turned up they told me it was out of stock and not back until September. I had to contact them - no contact from them at all - really bad service all round.
