Great customer support
One of my items sold out. Asked what I wanted to substitute and shipped the order. It was out their door in a day and on my door step 3 days later. Fastest shipping I’ve experienced. I understand 90% of shipping speed is customs by I was super impressed. Would order from them again.

Awesome experience!
New place for me to order online as I’m from U.S.. I was able to find my favorite snus and the site was easy to navigate. Prices are competitive and shipping was fast. I ordered on a Sunday evening and had my snus by Thursday! I will be using Snus24 for as long as they continue to ship to the U.S. Also thanks for the bonus candy! Is was delicious!

Terrible Experience – Missing Items, Poor Customer Service, and No ResolutionI ordered four rolls of XR mint from…
I ordered four rolls of XR mint from Snus24.com, but I only received two rolls. I immediately contacted their customer service, providing photos of the delivered package to show what was missing. Instead of investigating or addressing the issue, they claimed I received the correct amount simply because of the package size(!), essentially accusing me of lying.
When I asked them to check their order verification process to ensure everything was packed correctly, I got no response. I’ve sent multiple follow-up emails, but they’re completely ignoring me at this point.
This is unacceptable and feels like a blatant scam. If they can’t fulfill an order correctly or provide basic customer service, they don’t deserve anyone’s business. Do not order from Snus24.com unless you’re okay with being ignored and potentially scammed.
