I would have given 5 stars, but as i didn't get my package because border control took it away and i got literally no compensation for that then this time i am going to give this 1 star. Let's see maybe next time will be better luck.

I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent order placed on 08/04/2025, which has not been delivered as promised. The product was clearly shown as in stock at the time of purchase, yet I was later informed by your support team that the item is out of stock. This constitutes misleading commercial practice under EU law.
According to the Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, presenting a product as available when it is not in stock is considered misleading and illegal within the European Union. As a resident of Belgium, I am protected by this regulation.
It has now been 14 days since I placed my order, while the advertised delivery time was 2–4 days. I have contacted your support multiple times and received no resolution, and your continued lack of response is unacceptable.
Therefore, I demand a full refund of [insert amount] within 7 days from the date of this email. If no action is taken, I will proceed to file an official complaint with the European Consumer Centre Belgium and the relevant authorities.
