I find it quite unbelievable that Soak&Sleep have sent me an invitation to review an item they were unable to send me. What is even more unbelievable is that although they offered me a discount on my next order as a gesture of goodwill, I have yet to receive that item and no one from their support team is responding to my emails. I was told delivery would be 5-7 days. We are now 16 days and the item does not appear to have been dispatched. I’m not one to complain but this whole experience has been unacceptable.
