Great quality, perfect scents!

I have to say, I love these products. They smell amazing and are such value for money. The customer service is also brilliant. I highly recommend you try them.

I used to buy Soaper Duper's products regularly, but they disappeared from my local Tesco (together with most of the choice that used to define UK shopping – thanks a lot, brexiteer "patriots"). It seemed logical that I should order directly from Soaper Duper. My two attemps at registering on their website failed – registration links were sent to my mailbox, but they never arrived. In the meantime, I noticed that Boots had the products I was after, and for significantly better prices. Which is curious, because one would expect the best price at the source. So I ordered a batch, taking advantage of Boots' 3 for 2 offers. What was delivered to me was nothing short of shocking. Three boxes of body butter with barely two boxes' worth of content in them. Travel size body butter and body wash – with almost half of the expected content missing. And three bottles of body wash "only" generously underfilled. I wrote to Soaper Duper, asking them where do they draw the line in shortchanging their customers. Their answer was arrogantly insensitive and unsubstantial, making it clear they couldn't care less. This was the last time I bought their products. Be warned. (I complained to Boots, too, and their reply was satisfactory. Still, I don't think it's right they sell product that can be opened and skimmed by anybody, so that in the end it's a matter of chance what gets delivered to the buyer. Vegan products especially should have more quality control, not less, than the average commercial ones.) P.S. Boots removed my reviews for the products involved, so a big "BOO!" for them, too.

i love these products so much, the passionfruit body wash smells so lovely and i cant jsut pump it once it gets pumped about ten times - i cant help myself. smells amazing and makes you feel cleaannnnn!! x
