If you like your car, stay away from SJ
Been a member for many years, I've been noticing a light lines going across after car wash, until July17 my car got multiple pretty deep scratches, filed the claim for my 2025 car and of course they rejected stating that it was scratched prior entering car wash. I had my insurance adjuster viewed the video and SJ rep had to change the tune, it was not scratches prior entering but shadow.I went to a body shop and they said of course it is 100% was scratched by a car wash, as they use this heavy duty commercial fabric that observes all the dirt for all day and thousands cars are going through a day and they only wash at the end of the day so if you have a nice car, don't go there.... At the body shop I was told to stay away from those types of car Wash places, unless you have a car that you do not care about, like old cars with damages; they said that they have a lot of clients whos cars get damaged after car wash. Always long lines plus a lot of construction filthy dirty trucks going to RB car wash as it is the first and the closest coming south from Industrial areas like Escondido and now SoapyJ selling memberships to fleets, just think about it after the filthy dirty construction truck you taking your nice new car and guess what whatever from previous car gets stuck in that fabric transferred to you and scratch Your car a lot , stay away from that place!
