Negative stars!!! Ordered for my daughter’s birthday and Christmas early November. Never arrived! I contacted and they said they would resend. They once again said it was delivered. Not so. I have a camera and can prove I didn’t get what I ordered. Now fighting to get my refund and I don’t think I’m ever going to get it. They are SCAMMERS!
If I could give this company a negative 10 I would. I ordered some jeans in October. They NEVER came. I contacted them to which they said was delivered. I have a camera on my front door, front porch and patio and nothing was delivered. They said they would re-issue the order, once again, NEVER received. I contacted them wanting a refund to which I was told I couldn't get the whole refund because it shows delivered and it's not their fault I didn't get it. Low and behold, didn't get the refund either. I have contacted them 3 times on the refund and nothing!!! We are now about to go into March. Past ridiculous!!!!!

I orderd stuff for me and my kids for Xmas and didn't receive so I contacted them they told me they would reship and I would get I'm 7-15 business days and agina after the 15 days and saying delivered agina I never received my order so now in the process of trying to get my money back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS sad and pathetic is what it is so being fighting this from 12/16/2025 - 02/04/2026
SCAM!!!! Never received product. Reached out and the customer service said they will reship. After 25 days still haven’t received product. Scam…..avoid at all cost
