The VIP program is alright but they need to fix their search bar on the mobile app because half the time it doesnt find the game I'm looking for even when I know they have it. Also had an issue where a round of crazy time glitched and I had to contact live support. The agent took forever to reply and kept giving generic copy-paste answers which was super frustrating. Eventually got my bet refunded but it took way too much effort for a $10 bet. Average experience.

I've been playing here for about three months now. Honestly, the game selection is massive, especially the Pragmatic slots which I love.
