Ho effettuato un acquisto sul loro e-commerce ma é passata una settimana e non hanno ancora spedito nulla. Quindi oggi ho contattato il servizio clienti chiedendo informazioni. Mi hanno risposto che avrei ricevuto la mail della conferma della spedizione, così non è avvenuto.
