Ordered on the 28th October and arrived yesterday 27th November. Very good quality shirt. Just be patient guys, the tracking never updated until royal mail received it.

I have sent them the photos, but they always come up with some excuses.

Ordered 2x tracksuits for our kids and after waiting almost 4 weeks they finally arrived. One of the first things apparent was the sizing. Both our children are of an average height for their age however both tracksuits were incredibly small with no chance of fitting them. The one for our 14yo had a better chance of fitting our 10yo and the one for our 10yo would fit a child around 8!!!

Next up was the quality. The material was something similar to what you'd get with a cheap Halloween costume. I obviously didn't expect the quality of the genuine items however these are simply pathetic. The Liverpool tracksuit top is susposed to be white but it more a cream colour with stains on it and the zips look like the beige colour of a 20yo PC! Reading their refund policy it seems we've more chance of flying to the moon than getting our money back. Total waste of money. Only place for these is the bin!

I ordered a shirt in October that was shipped really quickly but it still hasn’t arrived.
I have contacted them numerous times just to receive the same response. Don’t worry it’s on its way with a tracking number. Try the tracking number and it says there’s an error.
I definitely won’t use them again

It upsets me to write this. I have used this website before for small orders and they all came. However I made a big order totalling to £150 and it hasn't been shipped after weeks. And don't even get me started on customer service. Absolutely S**t. Don't buy from them, they are rude and scam you if your order is more than 1 shirt.

Ordered before which went fine however put another order in and after seven weeks waiting I have nothing so quite obviously a scam company who wait for your bigger orders before scamming you off money. Avoid like the plague, going to reclaim my money through my credit card company so hopefully get something back but DO NOT ORDER from this company

Sponsorship logo came off after a few washes. Customer services are not interested.

Ordered on November 14th and received today quality is brilliant will definitely place another order! Only down fall is the more items you order the higher the delivery fee is.

1st time ordering was great. Got delivered 3 weeks. Placed 2 more orders and took 5 weeks. Its all about being patience.

Made my order, they confirmed it. Weeks later not a thing. They don't tell you that you also get International charges for the payment.

Had a few replies saying my order is being sent out immediately and nearly 2 months later..... I will be refunded apparently.

I ordered several kits at the beginning of October. I haven't received anything other than one email for my order. I have had no response from soccer03 despite using all available contact methods.

I was skeptical about ordering from a site I'd heard so little about, but I gave it a shot with a small enough order (2 kids kits). I ordered on the 28th of October and received them on the 16th of November. So I wasn't waiting too long.
The products were absolutely perfect. The names and numbers were just great. They look like the real deal.
The only thing I didn't like was the cost of shipping.
I've just put a larger order in a few moments ago and its cost me over €20 for shipment. That's a kit and a half,lol.
Edit: I had given this 5 stars, but after realising that on top of the €20 delivery charge, they also added a "currency conversion" charge which was another €15+. Even though the total price was already in €. So for an order adding up to €87 in total it cost me €125.

Ordered two kits, long wait time for them to be delivered only for one kit to be missing when it arrived!

Getting no where with soccer03 in terms of a reply and/ or a refund! Been chasing them since 24 October and only reply to date is that the order was delivered, so even in their one reply they have ignored my previous emails explaining one kit was missing from the order and no further replies from them.

So they have my money and don’t bother replying properly or sorting the issue in sending me a refund or sending me the missing kit. Very disappointed and won’t be using this website again.

Used the company multiple times without any issues, however this time I made an order for £60 worth of kits and 4 weeks later still not shipped. When you contact customer service you get the same generated response!

Will not use again… use at your own risk!

I never received tracking number or items or a answer

I made a large order of several shirts totalling around £135 on 29/09. I still haven’t received a shipping email/tracking number. I have sent them 4 emails over the past 3 weeks and haven’t had any response. I think I’ve been conned. There is zero customer service. Avoid these con people. I won’t be buying from them again.

I was advised to order by others that had positive experiences. Never again. I ordered three items. One was good. One was good but I ordered a small and they sent a large (which is too HUGE for me to wear). The third item had a large rip across the back. I sent three emails and got no response. I sent a message via WhatsApp (as advised by a previous customer) and got a response within 36 hours. Shocking response though - pretty much "contact me before you order again and I'll send you a discount voucher for some money off". When I replied saying my goods were faulty / not what I ordered so I wanted a refund or exchange I have received zero response. The message hasn't even been read after 5 days. So disappointed.
