Used this website quite a few times, orders take 2 to 3 weeks but they are busy so its fine, I've also recommended my friends and family and they also have ordered from here. great quality shirts for the price. Definitely not a scamming website, people need to be more patient.

If you order more than 2/3 items and personalization,expect lengthy times for processing and delivery.
My order took 6 weeks as I ordered a lot, however 1 item was missing however not majorly fussed as got everything as a bargain and excellent quality, requested a refund or discount code for next purchase. The shirts and track suits are next best thing to UK retail priced purchases, Dont expect exact material as the genuine stuff, it will be similar/slightly off and if not better, but size wise you usually have to order 1 size up, but still it's a risk you take as they are not all the same on all shirts and trackies. Overall must say pleased with them.
A lot of people complain about no response and delivery taking too long, all I can say....is be patient, otherwise pay £80 plus per shirt locally....I will keep useing them.

Scammers, eight weeks waiting still no delivery. They admitted the package is lost, but will not provide replacement details or refund. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered nearly 4 weeks ago, when using website contact, I get the same reply every time, “your order is being prepared” even if you ask a question about something else this is the reply you receive!!!
Perhaps I will have to kiss my £40 goodbye!

Was a great site but no more bill was 56 euro but they took 68 euro no tracking number no items no reply to emails after 3 weeks avoid

Took a gamble after reading reviews and ordered two premier league shirts (2 different teams) I order stuff for my car regularly from China etc so know postage times can be long... to be fair can't fault the postage and was kept up to date with Royal Mail tracking and my shirts came within 3 weeks. Shirt quality is pretty good to be honest, the problem was (as many reviews state) the sizing.. I'm a UK 2xL so ordered 3xL but still a bit on the tight side. When I order again I'll order 4xL... apart from that the buying experience was fine.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Customer service non-existent. Letters on front of jersey started to peel and fall off after a few weeks, material rubbish also, very cheap. Contacted them with no response and after a week contacted them again and they said not to send duplicate messages as they are unable to respond in a timely manner. No wonder whenever the product is so poor!

Took ages to arrive, 2 months.
Communication is extremely bad. Had to send multiple emails to get some info and finally tracking number.
The product is good.
Would I order again.... No....

Ordered a shirt a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Tried emailing but fails to send, have tried to contact through the receipt email but heard nothing back. Probably won't receive the shirt after waiting a month. Won't be using them again.

Can’t leave anything other than 5 stars or your feedback won’t be submitted on their website. Reported numerous times defects and each time saying coupons offered towards next delivery. Nothing received to date after sending numerous requests. Communication very poor and most times the reply you receive is a generic robotic response

Excellent shirts... my sons are so happy and will buy again.... they look the same and so happy with price .... It does take time with delivery but that's not a problem when your getting them at a great price

Sent me the wrong size shirt (ordered a small, sent a large)… mistakes happen. What bothers me though is that they have done nothing to resolve and are ignoring my messages. It’s 2 months since i ordered, 5 weeks since i messaged them and still haven’t got what I paid for!

The jersey looks cheap and unofficial. For some reason they printed a number on the front of the shirt.

They were hard to deal with, customer service had no interest in accepting fault. They tried to redirect me to a different "official" website, but wouldn't give me the address.

Ordered on 9th August. They took two payments for one order. Had to dispute this. I'm still waiting for this order to arrive. Numerous excuses.

Like I said above I'm still waiting for my order and its impossible to actually get hold of anyone who actually understands.

Ordered 4 shirts from this website, 3 without names and numbers which took a few weeks to arrive. They are great quality and incredibly affordable.

I would warn that if you get a kit with a name or number on the back it does take much longer however the quality is extremely good.

Bought two shirts, both arrived promptly but one was damaged.

Customer service initially interested in assisting but tried to state the product is hand made and to expect some minor issues. I requested a replacement as the shirt is visibly damaged and now customer service have stopped responding and are ignoring all attempts to resolve.

Complete scam avoid!!!!!
You think the prices are 2 good to be true and the items don't turn up. No communication... don't fall for it

I have been waiting for over three weeks after my son used his own money to buy a gift for his sister. Payment confirmation gave a dispatch time of 2-7 days but here we are 24 days later and no shirt. Their WhatsApp customer service ignores you for days then offers up a lame “sorry, we’ve had loads of orders and we’re really busy” but not once have they offered a tangible update on the order. I am highly dubious and now need to explain to son why a) no gift for his sister and b) he’s lost his money.
