Ordered a football kit for my son on 23rd April. Due to a payment issue, payment was completed on 25th April.

I was informed on 29th April that the order had been sent to the shipping company on 28th April and was asked to wait until 6th May for tracking. Tracking was finally provided on 8th May, along with information suggesting delays were due to customs/shipping via The Netherlands.

However, the tracking appears to show the parcel remained at the shipper’s warehouse from 28th April and was only pre-advised/marked ready for shipment on 14th May, with no meaningful movement since.

I understand delays happen, especially with international shipping, but after more than 3 weeks there has been very limited communication and information that does not seem to match the tracking updates. Disappointing experience so far, especially as this was ordered for my son. If we don’t receive it soon I will be making a complaint through PayPal for a refund.

Awful I wouldn’t waste your time or money the kit is a complete different colour, don’t be fooled into a cheaper alternative. It will cost you twice as much in the long run when you’re disappointed. Don’t embarrass your self or your loved ones with this rubbish, they are terrible copy’s 😷

Bought another superb shirt from this outstanding seller. This time I bought the brand new (with tags) Adidas Germany Away shirt 26/27 and added a player name and number.
The best price anywhere for quality shirts and arrived quickly and packed securely.
Cannot commend Soccerlord highly enough and been happy to recommend to friends who have had the same service.

Football shirt arrived with a few problems. Tried to contact via their chat form and email several times about a return. No response. 3 weeks later still nothing.
Shocking customer service

Just bought the New England shirt in a 4XL so it fits over a sweat top, i recon it’s equivalent to a 2xl, It was really tight going over my head and looks like it’s been painted on me, My club shirt from the club shop is a 3xl and fits perfect. The first and last time I use soccerlord.

Highly recommended! They’re brilliant!

Having ordered from many a kit company selling copies from Thailand this one is the most expensive. The others I have ordered from the childrens kits are of the same quality but are more reasonably priced. Kits from others also include socks are better fitting and the printing on the back has lasted longer than from here. This was my first order from this site and I won't be a returning customer. The kits were decent but are better value elsewhere.

terrible company. Shirt has taken ages to arrive it was for a 40th birthday present which was missed by almost 3 weeks. When it did arrive it was in screwed up polythene covered in Chinese writing and the actual printed shirt had two stains on and the numbers were really creased. plastic can't even use the shirt. I have responded and wanted a refund but as yet not heard anything.

I have been trying to unsubscribe from this company for years but despite numerous requests to unsubscribe they still keep sending me emails

Easy to use website, good communication, delievery not the quickest but expected. Quality of shirts/shorts very good for half the price.

First order I emailed I selected the wrong size, emailed the company straight way and they corrected it. Then my delivery was late. Contacted the company who contacted the courier who advised parcel lost. No argument from the company, replacement issued straight away with advice to contact them again if not received. Second order there was no problem
