The manner ur staffs rejected done task is too alarming most of my task are being rejected even when properly done. And I get to understand that it only when my earnings is getting higher as if u guys don't want me to earn better money or u have certain amount u have program for earners to earn. This is too bad and was not like this at earlier stage.

You pay N4, 5, 6, naira for the complete of each task and when one make a mistake for each task you charge N100 as correction or punishment for that each task mistake that you pay N4 naira for.
Please, look into this for it takes a lot of energy and data to make that N100.
You open your platform for all categories of reasonable humans including nursing mothers, whose awakening cry of there baby could cause mistake.
And among human and work mistake is enivitable.
Look into this.
