I was afraid that the glass would be damaged or the photo would be bad of quality but it was just perfect. Right on time. Just what I wanted.

The product turned out great only the delivery of the product was longer than what was said, but that was probably because I ordered it at another site that works together with this one.

My order was delivered rather quickly which was nice. The Quality of the glass frame itself is sadly average. The glass has rough sides which show cutting marks and the glass fits (too) loosely into the wooden standard. However, the picture quality is excellent.
To my disappointment, the line that is supposed to indicate the audio timing below the picture doesn't fully match what is being advertised. On top of that, they didn't apply the timing I gave them so my frame shows 0:10 at the beginning of the line and 0:10 at the end, which doesn't make sense at all.

Overall: good product, average execution

I ordered a Spotify plate just a week ago. I received it but there were type mistakes in my texts and it were not my pictures but they were from strangers. I have mailed and called. A week later, no response or call back. Very disappointed.

The quality is amazing especially for the price & options! It arrived really quick (I think the next day even) in the mailbox while carefully packed to avoid any damage 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The package came really fast and I liked the design! It was the perfect gift.

I liked the frame I ordered. But the photo on it wasn't completely right. It had an white edge on the side of the photo. So that was disappointing. But other than that it was good.

I bought a Spotify plaque via bol.com. I got a mail moments later, that I can customise my order. Amazing! I customised my order and that was fast and smooth. There was 1 thing I missed tho, hence the 4 stars. I could not see what I was doing. I was changing the input fields but see an example of what it would like. The plaque itself is amazing, delivery is fast, looks good and very nice quality!
